This is where the Baseline starts — an insurer, customer, bank, tender, board or adviser, and roughly when — so the first call is about your answer, not about forms.

A one-off and a recurring rhythm need different things, and we will tell you honestly which fits.

What you sent last time

A sentence is fine. This becomes the material for the comparison during scoping.

Who would operate this internally

A named person — COO, Controller, Practice Manager, Safety/Quality or IT lead. The rhythm only works if someone on your side runs it, and we will help you confirm who before you commit to anything.

Which leadership meeting would use the pack

If no meeting will use it, the rhythm has nowhere to land.

How much support you want

So the call starts from the level of help you actually want.

Preferred start window

A month is fine. It lets us make sure we can actually start when you want to.

We reply within two business days. Bring your current material, however messy — that is the normal starting condition, not a problem.

Please do not attach anything sensitive. A public form is the wrong place for a board paper or client data. Tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure way to share it, or you can walk us through it on the call.
