Preferred start window

A month is fine. It lets us make sure we can actually start when you want to.

We reply within two business days. The Scan needs one named use case, someone senior to back it, and someone who lives with the problem. The call works out whether you have all three.

Please do not attach anything sensitive. A public form is the wrong place for a board paper or client data. Tell us it exists and we will arrange a secure way to share it, or you can walk us through it on the call.
